You can report issues to our support team in 3 different ways:
- From our in-game Help Center
Simply tap on the menu at the top right of the screen, then tap on Help at the bottom left, and open a conversation by tapping on the icon at the top right - From the UnGodly website
Click on the chat bubble at the bottom right of the page - Discord
Tag our Support bot to start a DM with it
Once you open a support ticket, you can pick these options:
1. Reporting Crash, Freeze, or Load Errors
Please let us know which of these you experienced
Crash: the app closes out to your home screen
Freeze: all buttons lose functionality
Loading Issue: the game is on a loading screen or the loading circle never goes away
Error: you get an error pop message
2. Reporting other Gameplay Bugs
Please let us know as many details as you can about the issue. If you can provide any screenshots or recordings, that is incredibly helpful for our devs to understand what's going on
