The best way to get Relics is from completing Relic Hunts. Each Relic Hunt can drop 2 different sets of Relics, so make sure you target the best Relics for your Primals. Relic Hunts are scattered across the map after you beat Act 1. You can also earn Relics from defeating the Weekly Boss, and from certain Main & Side Quests.
