You can get materials to increase your skill level from the Veilshadow arena. The first skill upgrade will only require coin but subsequent upgrades will require skill materials. The Veilshadow rotates each day and offers a different material. Different primals will require different skill materials. Saturday and Sunday will have all the arenas with all materials available.
