You can get materials to increase your Skill Level from the Veilshadow Arena. The first Skill Level upgrade will only require Coin, but subsequent upgrades will require Skill Materials. The Veilshadow Arena rotates each day, and each day and offers a different Skill Level material. Different Primals will require different Skill Materials. Saturday and Sunday will have all Veilshadow Arenas available.
