All Specials and Ultimates deal Essence damage. Combining these with the same type increases its Prime Tier, and mixing it with another essence type will trigger a unique Essence Burst reaction, creating even more powerful effects.

For example, when Fire and Storm are combined, it will create Firestorm, a whirling fiery tornado that damages enemies in its path.
